Houses. Houses. Houses.

So I am not going to give a bunch of details but we may be making some type of change. We found a house that we love and want to buy, so in the process of doing that we have put our house on the market to try and sell. We will only sell our house if we get the other house we want. We love the house we are in but we know it will only fit our family for a few more years and we are looking forward to the future and hopefully a family will be a part of that future sooner than later. Anyways, wish us luck that if God wants us in the other house that we will get it and sell ours in a timely manner....otherwise we are content where we are right now!

PS...I got to start my Clomid this week so keep that in your prayers as well.

Nearing the end...

The semester is coming to a end for me...about 3 1/2 weeks left! I am really excited to get a summer off!!!! But to reach the end I still have a Mental health careplan due, a HUGE mother/baby case study due, a presentation on Mary Breckenridge, some tests, read and test over ATI books, and mental community hours, and prolly some other stuff I am leaving out! Wish me luck and keep me in your prayers!

Pictures From Bahamas Cruise 2009

Here is a picture of some of our waiting staff. The man waving was our waiter, Joselino, he was awesome and in the background is his assistant Idewa. We had a great time together just enjoying time alone having fun!

We of course love the towel animals we got every night. We even attending a towel animal class and bought the book, haha :)
The sunset was AMAZING on the ship. The ocean was beautiful when the sun hit it.

We visited Nassau and Freeport on our trip to the Bahamas.

Below is the fence around the sting-ray area on Blackbeard's Beach. We snorkeled with the rays and even got to feed them.

We celebrated St.Patricks day on the cruise and in the Bahamas!

We enjoyed time on the beach together. We even road the banana boat (which was much faster than we expected) and we got knocked off it into the freezing ocean. We were also surprised by a fellow beach goer who was wear a thong bikini (lol).

Thanks Brian for taking us on a amazing get away together. Thanks mom and Christa for watching our baby Mercedes while we were gone! And thank God for a safe and fun trip!

We are back!

We got home from our wonderful cruise to the Bahamas this evening! We had a GREAT time! We saw the shuttle lift off from our boat Sunday night. We went snorkeling, played on the beach, road the banana boat, swam with and fed sting rays, and several other fun things! I will add pictures later on!

Difference between Me and Brian...

As you know we are leaving VERY early in the morning (6am flight) to head down to the BAHAMAS!!!! I was packed up and ready to go as of yesterday. Brian has only a pair of swiming trunks in his suit case. It is quite comical actually! We still have several things to do before tomorrow morning.... 1. Brian has to get his clothes packed, 2. He has to get his real estate stuff ready to take to my mom's house so they can handle it while we are gone, 3. I have to pack Mercedes stuff and take her to Mom's, 4. Watch UL WIN tonight, 5. Cook dinner, and the list goes on and on... I am so excited for our trip. Keep checking back for updates!

Mercedes is a big girl

Mercedes got her "period" the other day. So she now has to wear disposable diapers for the time being. So today while we were at Target I found a doggie bunny tail and she can wear it over her diapers so she call look stylish!

Update on our life!

I am getting to start Provera today (to make my period start in 10days). Also I am getting to take Clomid this cycle due to the fact of the polycystic ovaries. Hoping it works and we will end up with a baby soon :) Please keep us in your daily prayers!

Nursing School Hospital Experience

The other day I was able to go to a hospital and watch all kinds of cool things. I was able to attend a few circumcisions and also a C-section! I felt so important to get to see a birth and especially be in an operating room! I love Labor and Delivery! I also got to give someone their first bath!!! Babies are so special!

TV Shows!

My two favorite shows are now on!!! Dancing with the Stars and American Idol. My favorite on Dancing is always Julianne and then Derik (I dont know if I spelled those right but whatever). American Idol I am still trying to pick a favorite this year, I like Anoop and a few others but we will see who I end up liking best here soon.

Updates...

Just wanted to let everyone know that we are going on a cruise in 6 days!!!! Hopefully we will buy some online minutes once on board so I can update everyone while we are gone on how we are doing... On our honeymoon we forgot to update everyone on the fact the our cruise we rerouted due to the hurricane and that we weren't where the huricanne was (which was our destination to begin with!). Some people were not happy about us forgetting to give them that message (Mom), opps!

Hmmm what else has been going on lately? Not a whole lot. School is going good this semester so far. Lots of projects and tests but not too bad. My doctor has decided to give me medication (Clomid) to help us get pregnant. It has been about 5 months since the miscarriage and still not pregnant yet. But we have figured out my problem (Polycystic Ovaries) and we are about to solve it :) Are hopes are high!

Our church is starting up "Campus Church" on UL's campus. It seems to be going great. Last night me and Brian went to the 2nd session of it. It was a on Atheism last night and the next meeting will be in April. Everyone should check it out, especially if you live on campus.
