Baby Gibson Name.....

We have chosen Baby Gibson #2's name! It is going to be Brayden Matthew...Brayden because we like it and Matthew after Brian's grandfather that passed before we started dating. Matthew also means "Gift from God". Bennett means "Little Blessed One". So we love that the boys both have meanings to us.

Baby Belly Weeks 26 and 27

15 month check up

Bennett weighed 21lbs 8 oz (10th percentile) and 30inches (25 percentile) and his head was in the 50th percentile. Our little boy is walking all over now. He is full of personality. He has this new laugh/sqeual that is too funny, he sounds like a 70 year old smoker when he does it. He can say "baby" and "brother" and he is good at imitating words if he feels like it, even though he doesn't use his words often. He loves playing the cabinets. He loves being outside and in the water.

First 4th of July and Vacation

Bennett got to experience his first 4th of July in America and his first vacation to Myrtle Beach! We had a great time. It was us, Bennett, my mom, my stepdad Steve, my sister Christa, and her boyfriend Devin. Pictures best show the time we had so here are some. Brian took Bennett on his first ride...he loved it. You couldnt tell by his face until he cried when they got off.

He loved jumping the waves. He loved everything about the beach actually.

Brian bought this boat for Bennett and pulled him up and down the beach...Bennett loved it....and it put him to sleep most times.

He loved all the time he got to spend with his Auntie Christa.

He fell asleep on Grandpa Steve after the fireworks.

We took him to Medevil Times and he loved it and seeing the horses.

We usually take a jet ski dolphin tour BUT since we have Bennett and I am pregnant that was not a option this year so we took a dolphin boat cruise. It was really fun. The fishy smell was grossing me out at first but once we got to the dolphins I was fine.

Here is a picture we took literally about 2 minutes before Bennett got sea sick ON ME....poor guy and poor me :( It was the first time he had thrown up since we have had him. He was fine right before and right after. I was covered. LOL. Well I guess its a good story.

24 and 25 weeks

3D Ultrasound

We went to get a ultrasound done at the place that told us our little boy was a girl...this time was free and to clear up some gender confusion. Well they were sure wrong the first time and my doctor was right.... It is a BOY! I am glad to finally be able to be sure. They gave us free 3D pictures, and a dvd of the whole thing. It was pretty cool. For sure made up for the mistake :) Here are just a few.
